Before founding Lakota Global, Jeremy and Linc gained valuable experience working across the globe. While they made meaningful contributions to the organisations they served, they also witnessed firsthand how frontline employees were often overlooked in the pursuit of corporate success. This experience shaped their vision for Lakota Global. We will build a company that puts people first and does things differently.

Jeremy Suter is the Co-Founder of Lakota Global, bringing a wealth of leadership, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to the company. A native of Star Valley, Wyoming, Jeremy’s background in farming, military service, aviation, and business management has shaped his strong work ethic and problem-solving approach.

A former U.S. Army Combat Engineer, Jeremy later transitioned into aviation, earning his helicopter pilot and instructor certifications across multiple continents. He went on to build over 14 years of entrepreneurial success in Australia and has held key leadership roles in the heavy rail sector.
With proven expertise in operations, project management, and strategic business growth, Jeremy brings a results-driven approach that is instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and driving long-term performance.

Linc Oliver is the Co-Founder of Lakota Global, known for his hands-on approach, broad expertise, and strong commitment to safety. Raised in Fremantle, Western Australia, Linc grew up in a hardworking family that taught him the value of resilience, dedication, and balance—principles that continue to guide his approach to both business and life.

With a versatile and hands-on background to Lakota Global, with a career spanning multiple industries. From rising to head chef in under two years to mastering floor and wall tiling, and later leading maintenance teams servicing naval vessels, he has consistently demonstrated adaptability, leadership, and technical excellence.
At Lakota Global, Linc oversees industrial blasting and painting operations with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. His leadership promotes a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
